POWER EASE
This 75-minute class will prepare you for your coming week by providing a time to sweat and practice stillness. Begin by stoking the fire in a vinyasa flow to prepare your body for deep stretching, hip-opening, and restorative asana, which will leave you refreshed, restored and renewed.

POWER in 45!
The Power Journey class done in 45 minutes flat, including savasana! We invite you to remove anything in your way, take out all the extra “stuff” and simply move and breathe in a way that will light up the rest of your day. Please note this class is led (poses are not taught, but called) and it moves rather quickly, so we recommend having at least 3 classes under your belt before taking a POWER in 45!
