What are your outside interests outside the studio?
Plants and learning about them, reproductive rights and sexual education, and bicycling in (almost) all weather.

Where’s your favorite space to rejuvenate in the city?
Anywhere I’m on a bicycle.

Favorite pre- and post-yoga snacks/meals:
Apples and anything that tastes good with them, like cheese or peanut butter. I’m pretty undiscriminating with my apple pairings.

What’s your favorite pose?
Half Moon Pose. It’s grounding, opening and makes me feel the full extension of my body.

The pose I have a complicated relationship with:
Wheel Pose. Can’t live with it, can’t live without it. It’s a pose that shows me where my brain gets in my way and offers the opportunity to give up struggling.

What song can you put on repeat?
Uncle Albert/Admiral Halsey by Paul and Linda McCartney.
