All of our classes are sourced from the Baptiste Yoga Journey into Power sequence,
a signature vinyasa flow, and are practiced in a heated room (88-95 degrees)

POWER JOURNEY FLOW

Baron Baptiste’s signature sequence includes the five essential categories of asana – standing poses, forward bends, backbends, twists and inversions – and challenges students to step up, show up, and find their own personal edge.

POWER FLOW

Every Flow class is rooted in Journey into Power and offers a unique exploration on the mat. You will be encouraged to get curious about your practice and try on new ways of looking at familiar poses.

POWER JOURNEY BEATS

Journey Beats classes pair the Journey into Power sequence with music. The playlists are designed to uplift and invigorate you, support your poses and generate energy from Om to Om.

POWER BEATS

A guaranteed sweaty power flow set to music that will get you fired up from the inside out. Each Beats class has its own personality and flavor and promises to leave you rinsed, detoxed and fully rejuvenated.

POWER !%@$#! BEATS

Fire up your asana in Dirty Beats where you will flow to the deep bass of hip hop and rap. Warning: Lyrics may get a little bit dirty and spontaneous dancing may occur.

POWER EASE

This is not your typical restorative class. Ease starts with a vinyasa sequence to prep your body for deep stretching, hip-openings and restorative poses that increase flexibility and create ease.

Offered in 75-minute format

POWER IN 45

Our most efficient and essential flow, this class will guide you through the signature Journey into Power sequence in 45 minutes. We recommend having at least three classes under your belt before taking a POWER in 45!

 

POWER FLOW HIPS

Power Flow Hips is our traditional flow with a special focus on hips, hip flexors and glutes. The class is designed to release and lengthen the muscles around the pelvis that get tight and carry tension throughout your day.

POWER FLOW CHALLENGE

Accept the challenge: you will explore advanced variations of the poses, dial up the intensity and take you practice to the next level.

LYONS DEN POWER CUBS

Our yoga and mindfulness program for children ages 2-12 where children learn principles of yoga in a fun, playful, and imaginative way. Cub classes are led by a certified children’s yoga teacher.

COMMUNITY CLASSES

Led by our new(er) teachers who are passionate about teaching and honing their skills. There is a $10 donation (minimum) and all proceeds are donated directly to Animal Haven right here in New York City.
