Do you have a second professional life?
I am a certified corporate wellness specialist and consult for Sierra Nevada Corporation. I am also the executive manager of Sightsy, a new e-commerce platform and PoS system for the tourism and travel industry’s tours and attractions ticket sales.

What are your outside interests outside the studio?
I volunteer and serve as a board member for Bent on Learning,a nonprofit organization committed to teaching yoga to New York City public school children. I am working to put together a young professionals committee to help grow this amazing organization.

Where’s your favorite space to rejuvenate in the city?
Central Park by any of the lakes

Favorite pre- and post-yoga snacks/meals:
PB&J, strawberry smoothie, chicken avocado wrap and yogurt with granola and fruit.

What’s your favorite pose?
Dancer’s Pose.

The pose I have a complicated relationship with:
That would have to be Frog Pose…ouch!

What song can you put on repeat?
Wagon Wheel by Darius Rucker. During kids yoga classes, it’s Colors by Kira Willey (they love this song during Savasana)

I love:
bike riding.
