Previously I was the Chief Operating Officer for a Hospitality Group based in Manhattan. I am now proud to be full time as the COO for Lyons Den Power Yoga.

What are your outside interests outside the studio?
I recently started practicing Wing Chun and I am really excited about it. I also love/hate cheering for Syracuse Basketball, going to the movies and geeking out on anything Science Fiction.

Where’s your favorite space to rejuvenate in the city?
I have a CitiBike pass and any chance I can I use it to get around the city. There is something about it that both invigorates and calms me at the same time. I always feel good getting off the bike.

Favorite pre- and post-yoga snacks/meals:
Pre-yoga is water, water and more water; I don’t enjoy practicing with anything in my stomach. Post-yoga I indulge in Vegan Energy Bites from Baked or a Lulitonix KICK.

What’s your favorite pose?
Tree Pose.

The pose I have a complicated relationship with:
Wheel Pose.
