Central Park, any time of the year.
Favorite pre- and post-yoga snacks/meals:
Pre yoga – bullet coffee. Post yoga – Nurse Ginger Green smoothie from the nearest Juice Press.
What’s your favorite pose?
Triangle Pose – it gives me the grounding I need and opening and freedom from the twist.
The pose I have a complicated relationship with:
Twisting Triangle Pose – it feels way too restricted too me.
What song can you put on repeat?
Lovely Day by Bill Withers; it always puts me in a good mood
quiet early mornings.
Yoga gives me:
a mind/body connection.
I want to change:
insecurity to possibilities.

up my Justin’s Peanut Butter addiction.
