I am on the team that produces Macy’s national events like the Thanksgiving Day Parade and the 4th of July Fireworks.
What are your outside interests outside the studio?
Experiencing all things that make New York unique.
Being with the people I love. Creating more, consuming less. Louis CK. Swimming in a salty body of water whenever the opportunity presents itself.
Where’s your favorite space to rejuvenate in the city?
Anywhere downtown on a narrow street, with good lighting, over a leisurely meal with a dear friend and preferably his/her furry companion.
Favorite pre- and post-yoga snacks/meals:
Champagne is a snack. And, if I have one food in my fridge, it will always be an assortment of big, briny, juicy olives.
What’s your favorite pose?
Warrior 2 for power, Double Pigeon for freedom.
The pose I have a complicated relationship with:
Dancer’s Pose can feel the opposite of graceful.
What song can you put on repeat?
