I teach knitting and fiber arts to kids.
What are your outside interests outside the studio?
Pottery, reading, travel, cooking, eating and starting knitting projects.
Where’s your favorite space to rejuvenate in the city?
It’s a tie between the New York Botanical Gardens in the Bronx and my favorite corner spot on my couch.
Favorite pre- and post-yoga snacks/meals:
Raw almonds and dried apricots before practice. Fried chicken and a green juice afterwards.
What’s your favorite pose?
Half Pigeon and every variation thereof. Aahh.
The pose I have a complicated relationship with:
Eagle Pose. Ugh.
